The Johnsonburg Presbyterian Center is a blend of the rustic and the comfortable. Set in rural New Jersey, the 400 acre site feels separate, lost in time and place.
At Johnsonburg, you can conduct your program in our heated lodges; sleep on comfortable beds in rooms with one to three roommates; and experience community and conversation over homestyle meals prepared in our dining hall.
As you enter the site, you will leave many of the stresses of everday life behind. Gathering wood for an evening fire transports you to a slower time when life was savored, when pleasure was found in being with others.
Whether you are a small group of individuals, a church group planning a stewardship campaign, a youth group preparing for confirmation, a school group learning about other cultures, or a corporate team planning a new product, you will find that change of setting, even for just a day, helps provide fresh perspective.

Since 1799, the Foundation has been serving the Church and its mission. While many "foundations" are grant-making organizations, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation is not. The Foundation receives and administers gifts from individuals, as well as manages funds for Presbyterian churches and organizations. All gifts are invested and proceeds distributed solely and specifically according to the instructions of the donors. This is both our legal responsibility and our fiduciary duty, and thus the Foundation is not free to fulfill requests for grants from individuals or organizations.
The Foundation is composed of a skilled network of development officers, volunteers, and support staff, with highly trained specialists in gift compliance, accounting, investment management, law, and gift administration. An active and committed board of trustees oversees policy and operations.
